Original artwork description:

This mixed media collage was inspired by a friend's description of her perfect landscape. For her, it was a combination of meadows, rainforests and Alpine mountains. In creating an 'imagined' landscape, I find it fascinating to hear how others viewing relate it to completely different places which are personal to them. Recent visitors to my Artist's Open Studio said parts of this work reminded them of African rainforests, Scottish fields and Bavaria!
It has subsequently been purchased by a collector in the West of England.
