Title : Past and Present

A drifting cloudscape of the pastel pink and blue watercolour shades of an early Summer morning. A warm happy and romantic image that feels as if you have opened the doors to heaven.

Two canvases (unframed) each 36 x 36 inches/ 90 x 90cm

Additional 1.5 inches/3.75cm gallery wrap or white around the sides to allow for stretching on a frame. Total size when hung without a frame with a 3 inch gap is approximately 75 inches. Also available in a larger size of 40 x 40 inches.
The canvases are shipped in separate tubes to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

About My Work
I believe in giving my clients beautiful artwork on luxury papers that hold their colours for a lifetime! For these special prints of my work I use dreamy, light textured Canson Canvas and the highest quality inks. I do all my own printing, having spent years learning this skill I prefer to maintain control of the colour representation at all stages to ensure you get a truly handmade image.

About My Materials
People often say that my images look like paintings because of the richness of the colours, the depth of the black and the texture of the materials I use. Canson are one of the oldest paper manufacturers in the world, they have been making paper for over 450 years in France. Founded in 1557 and printers to Louis XVI, their paper was used by Voltaire and Napoleon and the Montgolfier brothers used Canson paper to make the first hot air balloon. Canson paper was used by Picasso, Ingres, Chagal, Miro and many other artists. They have been making paper and canvas for photography since this art began over 150 years ago. Canson are Eco Friendly - they purchase paper pulp only from forests managed in a sustainable way which also makes them pretty special.

Other Sizes
This print is available in sizes up to 40 x 40 inches on canvas and in smaller sizes on paper. I am happy to take custom orders, just drop me a line.
