Original artwork description:

For this painting I took inspiration from the mountains in North Wales. Ive always wanted to try and capture the domineering scale of these magnificent, beautiful, moody mountains.

I start the canvas with a rough pencil sketch and then I add the coloured paper before building up the layers with acrylic paint. The last thing I add are the embellishments of thread, beads, buttons and glitter to pick out or highlight certain areas.
