Evening had sneaked in. The light had shed its harshness. Tranquillity had taken hold. The cheetah mother before me slept on, curled up on a mound. I had placed myself such that the background would be neutral and blend with the cheetah’s hues. I thus waited. One of her four cubs lying on the ground stirred and climbed up the mound to look for mum. I waited for the greeting moment when the body language and the expressions would tell all.

This Giclee print is a colour print made on hannemuhle photo rag 308 gsm paper which has a very smooth surface. (Giclee describes a fine art printing process that combines pigment based inks with high quality archival quality paper). My Giclee prints have an extremely wide tonal range and colour gamut.
