Mixed media and collage on canvas.
Painting is a great way of using up raw emotion, not only does it put life and energy into the painting itself, but it also dissipates the emotion and leaves you feeling better. This painting is about a bad experience that was very stressful and a complete waste of time, as I was creating the painting I realised that although it was in general a negative experience, it had in fact taught me a lot.

acrylic, collage, charcoal, graphite, pastel on canvas, sealed with matte varnish
