Original artwork description:

Moroccan teacup, oil on canvas. The painting is focusing on representing traces of human life in everyday objects. It was born out of a challenge. The idea of "art has to carry a meaningful message to be valuable" was challenged here.
Melinda says: "It was liberating to chose an object which seemingly doesn't mean much, but it still carries traces of humanity."
