There is something magical about that moment when you’ve arrived to your holiday destination, wherever that chosen place might be, and open the windows and have that very first glimpse of the landscape you have been planning, daydreaming, and working so hard to travel to.
I have special memories of Italy and I wanted to evoke a little of my fond moments spent there, but I especially wanted to bring out those heartwarming views of rolling green hills dotted with cypress trees, and of course the lines of vineyards and olive groves.
This is a very limited edition print run of only 10 prints and this particular print is the only one with lavender highlights. Please be aware that as these are handprinted and have gone through many layers of ink that there will be tiny discrepancies in texture and embossing, these are exactly what make linocut prints so special and proof that they are not machine reproductions.
