“Morning Hope” is a 10 x 10 inch original impressionist seascape oil painting. Painted with professional oil paint on cotton canvas and stretched over a wood frame. The painting is sealed with a final coat of varnish for protection. All sides are staple free, painted, and finished making it ready to hang. Painting is titled, signed and dated on the back.

The Inspiration: Creativity drawn from nature is a source of endless inspiration and chances to capture emotional experiences in subtly powerful ways. I think that’s why I’m always drawn to capture clouds and storms in pieces like “Morning Hope.” I want you to feel something – possibly the same something I felt while painting each artwork. Storms and the power of nature can invoke excitement, uncertainty, and hope among other things. Hearing about the impression each piece leaves with individuals will always be my favorite part of impressionist work.
