Morning Coolness

My morning walk can take me past this hidden pond. The rain has filled it up, sometimes it's empty. Everything is so green and lush and the grasses grow so tall you wouldn't know there was anyone else in the world. A calming start to the day.

I've painted this with some bold brush strokes using my favourite medium oil paints.
It's a deep sided canvas with the design carried round the sides so it is ready to hang.
