It is morning.
The sun gently lifts the misty veil of the night.
The house is filled with the scent of golden coffee and toast.
The body still numb, the mind inhabited by dreams of the night, we sit down in front of this steaming bowl which calls us irresistibly.
A new day begins ...

Happiness is not a whole and immutable state. It is built by the addition of a multitude of sparks of joy, provided by little things that we only too rarely pay attention to.
To be healthy, to have pleasant food, is already an invaluable treasure for which we should thank life.
By realizing that we already have the essentials, we will feel stronger and confident, so that many of our worries will be easier to erase.
This is one of the keys to happiness.
