‘Morialta Falls Landscape 3’ was inspired by the beautiful landscape of Morialta Conservation Park. It is one of my favourite walking places.

For more than 100 years, Morialta Conservation Park has been a well-loved recreational escape, offering creeks, woodlands, gorges, and stunning waterfalls..

The area is part of the traditional lands of the Kaurna (‘Gar-na) people. Morialta gets its name from the Kaurna word ‘morialta’, meaning ‘ever-flowing’

They used the land for hunting and gathering and obtaining wood for fire and shelter during their seasonal relocation from the coast.
