Morels are very popular here in Wisconsin, if you can find them. I was going for a kind of medieval feel to the line work. It was carved in hardboard using a mallet with the cutters. These prints were pulled on a large Takach etching press. It's my largest image to date.

This artwork is hand printed from wood composite blocks (plates) on archival printmaking paper, using oil-based inks. The blocks are hand cut. Each separate color requires its own block. 3 colors. Maximum image size: 10" x 22" Overall paper size: 22" x 30"

This edition is limited to 30 copies, and each print is numbered, titled and signed by the artist. Each print is considered an original, and can vary slightly from the others. 2019

My print(s) are carefully packaged between multiple sheets of cardboard, matboard and padding, insured to the value of the artwork, and shipped via USPS.

Francis Stanton retains all copyright to the artwork. The copyright does not transfer with the sale of this print.
