'More Than The Stars' is an original artwork This study is 145mm x 180mm in size. The little hare sits patiently on hand stained paper which gives him a subtle aged appearance like an old calico toy, gazing at the moon, declaring love that appears to be greater than all the stars in the sky..... 'More Than The Stars' has been drawn in pencil and ink. Texture and detail has then been added with the skinniest of pen nibs which creates lots of detail to look at close up. I love to experiment with abstract shape and pattern within a drawing and my imagination meanders in a happy way as I draw using words to tell a small tale within the drawing.
