It takes dedication to maintain a physique like this. For the sitting I had this gym owner doing all sorts, but as he cleared some space, he picked up this enormous battle rope and slung it over his shoulder like it was nothing at all, and so the moment was captured.
I like him in profile so as to see his man bun.
More Core is a reference to his physique but also to the name of his gym in Cornwall, with the gym logo providing a nice graphic background.
I especially like the chalk dust on his hair/hands/wrist bands, and the flashes of yellow in the rope that match the wrist bands.

Most of all, I like that he looks sensitive...he is a gentle giant and that comes across.
