Original unframed signed and dated 48 x 40cm watercolour painting on paper, with certificate of authentication.

This painting was inspired in December 2020, on walks in Dunham Forest/golf course that I go to regularly. On one such late evening walk, the moon was peeking though the trees following you like a pet. The sight of the moon on cold winter evenings evokes the lad in me, wanting to play hide and seek. I do a 9-10km walk most dry days through that forest. There are some amazing views on some evenings, and this is one of them. I will be doing a bigger version of it size A1.

There is something romantic about walking when the moon is up in the sky. I will be doing a few drawings of the moon and the abstract cloudy shapes that you see.
