Venus sleeps and dreams.
In this twilight scene a crescent Moon shines beside the bright star Venus, while droplets of rainbow coloured light adds jewel-colours to her earthly counterpart's hair.

Venus's earthly body suggests the contours of the landscape.
Wings of light rise behind her - note the little ankle 'winglets' too.

All my artworks are created using professional quality materials; in this instance Sennelier and Rembrandt chalk pastels, on textured white pastel paper.
I have lightly sprayed the surface with pastel fixative.

Available unframed.
I have created a CGI to show how it might appear, in a dark frame, in an interior.
Another photograph shows the pastel at a room's distance, in my studio.

Packed carefully and sent by Tracked Delivery, along with a Certificate of Authenticity.
