It`s the lasting impressions of my last visit to India. Lotuses have different symbolic expressions, depending on their colour. My favourite is the white one. I t symbolizes purity, enlightenment, self -regeneration and rebirth. Its characteristics are a perfect analogy for the human condition: even when
its roots are in the dirtiest waters, the Lotus produces the most beautiful flower.
The Lotus Flower grows in the deep mud, far away from the sun. But, sooner
or later, the Lotus reaches the light becoming the most beautiful flower ever.
It perfectly reflects my inner - feelings at the moment. I even have a white lotus tattoo on my left arm. Because I am left- handed, every time I paint, I see white lotus and it reminds me of it`s perfect nature.
