Original artwork description:

Inspired by the intricate patterns of light and shadow on the pier, its buildings, and filtering through the fence, I painted this work when the Randy's Fishing Trips shack on the wharf was a pretty turquoise color.

Materials:
Oil on canvas panel. Made from special (approximately 5/32" thick) compressed wood and covered with an even textured canvas that has an acid-free, all media priming.
Painting surface is protected with a coat of varnish.
