This Halloween themed painting was a multi-week exploration that began by building paper models and ended with a finished painting on October 31, 2021. The mini-series is an innocuous look at my interpretation of classic movie monsters. After constructing the monsters out of heavy card-stock paper, I posed the figures in a scene and painted Monster Party.
