Original artwork description:

A moment of understanding is a sudden realization or insight that can be called an epiphany. It can also be described as a feeling of positive affect, certainty, and ease. My aha moment came while painting the fluid brush strokes of this piece. It was something I had known before, but it had slipped from my mind. You don't have to be everyone's perfect. The stress of perfection will bury you. Let it go. Just paint.

The Moment of Understanding is 10 x 8 inches, oil on canvas panel. It is signed on the front and signed/dated on the back.
