A moment of understanding is a sudden realization or insight that can be called an epiphany. It can also be described as a feeling of positive affect, certainty, and ease. My aha moment came while painting the fluid brush strokes of this piece. It was something I had known before, but it had slipped from my mind. You don't have to be everyone's perfect. The stress of perfection will bury you. Let it go. Just paint.
