Artwork description:
This linocut took seven hours to carve. It is the original from which other pieces are then produced with this as the background. I like the simplicity of it as is. I'd made a small collection of charcoal & acrylic pieces using this squiggle pattern so thought it was time to turn it into a linocut. The squiggle idea came out of being stuck in the Covid-19 lockdown.
It's part of a variable edition so do ask if you want to see other colour options or have a request for colour.
