Artwork description:

I make my Linocut Prints by hand in my studio in York using my etching press. I print on acid free, 200gsm paper using oil-based inks. This image has been made by inking up two Lino blocks in different colours.
I often base my images on things I see in York where I live. This image is based on a cat that often is silhouetted as it strolls across my garden wall.
This print is one out of a limited edition of 20. I will make twenty prints from this Lino block and they will vary slightly in colour. As the prints vary slightly, due to the fact that they are hand made, means they are all unique! Each print is numbered and signed.
Please note the actual image size is 18X 14cm but the paper size is larger as there is a white border of approximately 3 cm around each side of the image to enable you to frame the image as you wish.
All prints are wrapped in cellophane and are shipped in a sturdy envelope stiffened with card. I use Royal Mail to send artwork abroad and it is first class and tracked postage. Small items are sent first class with no tracking within the UK. If I find I have overcharged for postage and packaging, I refund the difference.
