We find ourselves in a garden of wonder! Magical moonlight dances and weaves through the plants, petals and roses. The roses are delicately and expressively painted with a few brush strokes and marks, to give a 'dreamlike' quality to the piece. An impression of beautiful roses to allow your imagination to create the flowers and garden in your mind. Layer upon layer of paint build to give the piece a wonderful, glowing illumination. Mauve, Plum, Emerald sing together in this piece. Whilst very subtle blues shine through the layers of paint. Oil pastel marks dance around the canvas to give a delicate hint of stems and leaves.
