Original artwork description:

I love the magic surrounding hares especially at night under the light of the moon. I used a lot of bright coloured, patterned paper in the background for this canvas and blended it with blue paint for the midnight sky.

I start the canvas with a rough pencil sketch and then I add the coloured paper before building up the layers with acrylic paint. The last thing I add are the embellishments of thread, beads, buttons and glitter to pick out or highlight certain areas.
