Original artwork description:

This artwork depicts a stylized crow in mid flight. The colors used are predominantly dark blues and blacks, with some lighter blues and hints of purple and pink in the background, to suggest a sky or a dreamlike atmosphere.

I used visible brushstrokes to create a sense of movement in the feathers. I used a palette knife and bold brushstrokes to create the textured effect, which adds depth and dimension to the artwork.

The central focus of this artwork is a large, dark bird— I went for a raven but ended up looking more like a crow, in flight.
The bird's wings are spread wide, showcasing detailed feathers painted in deep blues and blacks with hints of lighter colors to add texture.
Its eye and beak are distinctly outlined, in an attempt to give the bird a powerful expression.

The dynamic pose of the bird in mid-flight conveys a sense of freedom, power, and mystery.

I tried to balance realism (in the bird's anatomy) with abstraction (in the background).

Ravens and crows are often associated with mythology, intelligence, and omens and evoke feelings of both majesty and foreboding.

The background is abstract and vibrant, painted with blurred hints of blue, purple, pink and black colors to create an intense atmosphere.

The overall effect is one of mystery and perhaps a hint of the supernatural.

UV resistant varnished for added protection and longevity.
Signed and dated on the back, and certificate of authenticity provided.
