This painting was the main image for my solo exhibition: "Singular Beauties" in Amman, Jordan.

It's probably the dreamiest Beauty I have made.
the gaze just gets lost in this background that in some moments feels that it becomes fore-ground, yet at other times seems to be miles and miles away.
One gets carried away by the deep oceanic blue pop art feeling of the ocean or a starry night.
Sometimes I think I made a portrait of a Siren.
Different than what Walt Disney would have drawn, more realistic, somehow.

The colors of this original painting match perfectly with 2022 Pantone color or the year: Veri Peri

As usual with my acrylic paintings,
the flanks are painted as well so this artwork will look crisp and clean just as it is, without really needing a frame around it.
