Spoon figure from an olive tree in Italian Abruzzo. A homage to the wooden spoon which has had a deeper meaning in many cultures for thousands of years. Note: It is not a food intake tool. With a roughly rasped lower part and a finely sanded upper part, the figure is hollowed out in the shape of a bowl on the back and is therefore only 244 grams light. Sealed with hard wax oil, a silky matt shine emerges and emphasizes the characteristic grain of the olive wood. The roko signet is carved. The unique piece bears the work number 643.
