Memory of the Wind is a variable edition lithograph on washi paper.

Washi paper is a Japanese paper that is traditionally made by hand, and can be delicate depending on the type and sometimes translucent. For this edition I have used various types and so they will be listed separately. This edition number 13 is on Awagami Harukishi Kozo paper which is semi translucent and you can see the texture of the fibres. This print is backed on black paper for a darker feel and presented in a black frame.

There may be printmaking marks or creases on the paper outside the image, which is due to the handmade nature of the printmaking.

Printed with oil-based relief ink.

Framed size 27 x 22 cm, image size is 22 x 15 cm

Prints will be packaged in sturdy reinforced cardboard envelopes or boxes. All artworks posted within the UK are sent by Royal Mail Tracked and Signed which (usually!) arrives the next day after dispatch before 1pm.

Artworks sent to Europe and beyond are sent by Royal Mail International Tracked, and usually arrive within a week of dispatch. The price for Global Shipping is set to cater for different sizes and weights of artworks; I always refund the customer the excess amount if the actual cost works out cheaper. International shipments may be subject to additional import taxes, customs duties or fees imposed by the destination country, payable by the customer on receipt.
