'Memories' has evolved over a long period, since 2020 in fact. It was waiting for further work on it in my studio for 4 years. Now you can see the layers of artwork that I have revealed by removing the surface layers of paint with a silicon-tipped brush.
It is a piece that is both calm and dynamic. As it is a large artwork it would suit a big wall, maybe in an apartment or modern house.
The canvas is stretched over an internal frame. 'Memories' is ready to hang.
Materials used:
Acrylic paint applied with brushes. Surface layer of paint removed in places with a silicon-tipped brush.
