Original artwork description:

I set up this still life with the melon section as my main focus. Then the lemons and put them on a round tray that had an abstract design on. I wanted to keep the bright colours which I could do as the pastels are pure pigment. It is quite a modern art work with a beautiful white frame which throws out the pure colours to the best of their advantage. I send a certificate of authenticity with the artwork

Materials used:

archival paper and soft pastels
