Original artwork description:

Many people know the sad fate of Medusa - she was beheaded by the Greek hero Perseus. But I want to delve a little into mythology and tell a little story.
Medusa Gorgo was a beautiful mortal girl with gorgeous hair. Once the God of the seas Poseidon, turning into a bird, raped the beautiful girl (unfortunately it was not uncommon) in the temple of the Goddess Athena. As punishment for desecrating the temple, Athena turned her hair into snakes and made her face so terrible that only one look at her turned a person to stone. How fair such an awful act is to an innocent girl, everyone can judge for himself. In my painting, Medusa is turning away from the viewer so as not to harm him. The painting has a bright message, it shows that a girl is undeservedly condemned to such a terrible existence. She doesn't want to hurt anyone else.
The picture transfers my message to the world: I would very much like people all over the world to be more peaceful, to not do evil, to not respond to evil. In this period of life, this message is more relevant than ever. Let’s save the world together!
