I have travelled around Morocco on a few occasions and I love the sights, sounds and smells of this amazing country. It is so close to Europe but a world away. I hope this small abstract captures the excitement of the colourful medinas, souks and markets in Morocco, the spice stalls, textiles and carpets for sale and general feeling of excitement I get in Morocco.

It is very colourful, the only restriction I had when choosing colours was to not use any strong blues, so it is dominated by reds, oranges and yellows, with some paler highlights and small flecks of copper paint. It was done over several sessions and is full of details.

It is a square acrylic abstract that would brighten up any wall. It is ready to hang.
