Original artwork description:

A painting from my series of estuary pieces inspired by my sketches from a train focussing on the many winding waterways that weave through the countryside in Devon. I started this piece with some expressive acrylic painting and continued to work in oil building up layers and textures to create the final piece. The edges are painted Paynes grey and this painting is ready to hang.
