Original artwork description:

A Scottish winter landscape painting of Meall an Dobharchain, or the Sow of Atholl, a munro east of the Cairngorm mountains, beside the A9 road. A large rounded hill often covered in snow until late spring, surrounded by heather moorland. In this small study i have tried to convey the atmosphere of a late autumn day with the heather moorland in autumnal ochre colours and the hills covered in a touch of snow.
Painted in a semi abstract impressionist style on a lightly textured canvas.

Painted with a palette knife and fingers, using quality artists acrylics on a small square format 8" x 8" (20 x 20cm) canvas, with a varnish finish and white hand painted wooden frame with cord ready to hang.
PLEASE NOTE the white frame may differ from the frame shown depending on availability.

Will require a signature on delivery.
