This mix of acrylic painting and charcoal drawing was inspired by the diverse and beautiful meadows next to our home... These are filled with myriades of wild flowers and filigree grasses.
The smoky and dusty effect of the vine charcoal that I used to create the plants in this artwork mediates a feeling of lightness and a touch of nostalgia.
