Max Verstappen - 2021 Turkish Grand Prix
Red Bull RB16B
2021 would be the final season of the Red Bull and Honda partnership, with the latter leaving Formula 1 at the end of the season to focus on their carbon neutral projects. So, as a tribute to their departing engine supplier, Red Bull ran a stylish white livery throughout the Grand Prix weekend at Istanbul Park. Turkey was chosen, as Honda were due to be celebrating their home Japanese GP that weekend before its cancellation.
The livery was eye-catching but subtle and allowed fans to observe the delicate contours of the chassis more clearly. The driver numbers, sat within the red circle of the Japanese flag, added an iconic touch, mimicking the Honda GP cars on the 1960s.
