The work was created as a result of a series of smaller works on paper entitled Lockdown 2 French Landscape takeover. The work starts as an ink drawing directly onto the canvas and then the work is created using oil and oil bar on canvas. The work was then exhibited in the inaugural exhibition "Advancing the Abstract" by the collective Abstractionistas, of which I am a founding member.
