A series of works made in the 90s on thick paper with gouache was inspired by ancient folk art and folklore of Ukraine. The idea of creating magical amazing animals that protect the House in which the image is located belongs to the oldest types of creativity. The author tried to combine bright direct colors and children's surprise with the magical world of good energy.

Most of the paintings of the 90s were lost, a few remaining copies can be purchased as limited prints with the author's signature and a certificate of authenticity. You may also be interested in original works from this series made in modern times. Please stay tuned for updates on the site!
