Another artwork of mine inspired by Japanese prints is this one, where a kingfisher with its lively plumage delicately perches on a white lotus flower. The moment is captured in its balance of shapes and colors, elevated to a sense of sacredness by the golden background that radiates brightness to the composition.
The kingfisher, considered a symbol of peace and tranquility, harmoniously integrates with the purity of the lotus flowers. The artwork aims to offer a contemplative gaze upon a moment of serene beauty.
