Oil on linen 30x40x2cm (11.8x15.7x0.8in) 2023, ready to hang.

“Marta upside-down” is a painting of the series “small figures”. Here you can see the image of a girl reflected upside-down on the left half of the artwork. The painting can be either hanged with the pink Marta up or the blue one up. It is fun to see how they dialogue while hanged on the house’s walls. The girl painted on the pink background wears mustache: this is the only difference between the two figures, which were painted separetly but using the same picture as sample.

“Marta upside-down” is a 30x40x2cm oil on linen artwork, painted in my studio during the month of October, 2023.
