acrylic colour on acid free watercolour paper 300gm weight, 22 x 30 in., 56 x 76cm.
This composition is inspired by and based on photos I took roaming the maze of lanes that form the market in Bangkok’s Chinatown. Though I took my photos in pre covid times, I added more masks to capture the mood in the year in which I did the painting.
The close up pictures are to get a better feel for the texture and brush strokes of the painting. Then there’s the work in progress.
