Original artwork description:

How do you paint the sea without painting what you see? This is one of two smaller paintings that for me capture the essence of a warm blue sea with white waves. Each brushstroke deliberately picked up various amounts of the blue and white paint, so there are many variations in colour across the painting.

It would brighten any home but may look particularly good in a coastal house or apartment.

It is ready to hang.

Materials used:

Acrylic paint brushed over canvas
