This is a hand carved, hand printed linocut print of a mammoth taking advantage of the 2020 lockdown by having a stroll along Margate seafront..
This version is printed in five colours and was printed in reduction, whereby some of the lino is carved away between each colour layer. This means that no more can be printed, making these prints collectible.
I use the finest quality materials including archival acid-free printmaking paper and bright glossy linseed ink and my editions are signed and numbered at the base of the print. As each of these prints is hand pressed there will be some very slight variation between them.
This print will be mailed wrapped in tissue in a sturdy cardboard postal tube.
Please feel free to ask any questions, thanks for looking.
Print area 30 x 40 cm
