Original artwork description:

This large-scale original painting is made using traditional paper marbling techniques. Marbled papers in contrasting colour palettes combined with pre-coloured paper with the addition of splashes of metallc paint on the surface.

The patterned paper is pressed and cut into these dots and assembled into this striking mathematically precise grid design.

Each dot is mounted and raised to create a 3d shadow effect.
