This is a tattoo inspired work. 'Koru' is the Maori for 'loop' and it's a spiral shape influenced by the shape of the uncurling fern frond. It features throughout Maori artwork and especially in tattoo designs. The Koru is symbolic of strength, new life and peace.

This is a limited edition linocut, printed on quality 315gsm Heritage Bookwhite paper.

Your print will come wrapped in protective tissue paper to reach you in the best condition.
