The sun is setting behind Brooklyn Bridge, New York, throwing golden reflections into the water. It had been a glorious day and the sky is still showing the different shades of blues and turquoise. This New York bridge is a prominent landmark with its graceful curves and supports. The outline of the city is shown behind it with the lights of the skyscrapers just coming to life. This is a magical time of the day. I took photos to capture the scene and finished the artwork in my studio. It is in oil and acrylic on stretched canvas ready to hang on your wall. The painting continues round the sides ready to hang.
