Original artwork description:
This is an urban sketch in ink and watercolour, of a view in the Ancoats area of Manchester.
True to the principles of urban sketching, I drew this on location using my Lamy Safari fountain pen. However, I added the watercolour back in the studio.
The sketch is on 12 x 13 inch Canson Montval 300 g/m2 watercolour paper.
