This painting is the highlight of my painting trip to Malta. Join me on an expedition to the Middle Ages. Majestically, the picturesque former capital of Malta towers over the landscape, transporting travelers through narrow streets and medieval churches to another time. Today, Mdina, a charming and small village with only about 400 inhabitants, is known as the "City of Silence". Mdina means "walled city" - a very appropriate name for this strategically located place.

An acrylic painting on loose canvas painted without stretcher or solid base. It is shipped rolled. I recommend framing the canvas under the glass like a paper drawing , or laminate on an MDF board.

Format about 58x71cm. Original, hand painted.
