Artwork description:

St Michael's Mount in Cornwall is one of Britain's premier landmarks. It's seen here on a wonderfully calm morning, shortly after sunrise. It is a near constant draw when I am in the vicinity. I've shot it in all types of weather, times of day and year.
I’d seen & devised how to make this picture on a previous visit when the lighting was poor. The prospect of the reflected Mount in a pool of similar shape excited me. Several days later conditions were ideal and so I knew exactly what to do.
