I have already painted many Friesian horses. This one is the biggest yet. When I'm looking for a model for a painting, I often miss these beautiful horses. The sharp reflections on their black fur break up the overall shape of the horse. Here, despite the harsh light, the overall impression is excellent.
I will give a satin varnish before shipping.
